The project centers around a generously planned guest living area, complete with a private guest bedroom and additional dorm-style accommodations—ideal for hosting extended visits or group stays in a cozy, communal atmosphere.

The design emphasizes livability, comfort, and connection to nature. Surrounded by expansive green lawns and well-curated landscaping, the Dera invites outdoor engagement and creates a visually soothing environment. The thoughtful placement of elements ensures that every corner offers a moment of peace or interaction.

A highlight of the project is the intimate sitting pavilion, perfectly positioned to provide uninterrupted views of both the Dera itself and a cascading waterfall, creating a picture-perfect setting for reflection, relaxation, or meaningful conversations.
